Yes, Steelwater Gun Safes come with (4) pre-drilled 1/2″ anchor holes . The proper bolts for anchoring to wood or concrete can be purchased separately with the safes. We highly recommend securing your Steelwater Gun Safe to the floor not only for added security but for safety and warranty purposes.

Gun Safes Locks
We warranty the electronic locks for a period of 90 days.
The digital locks on our Steelwater Gun Safes do not have a bypass code due to the bypass key lock. A bypass code cannot be released regardless of who asks or demands a bypass code. There is no need for a bypass code as the bypass key will allow access if the keypad fails or if the codes have been lost or forgotten. If a key is needed, the original purchaser on file must send us proper identification before a key can be purchased from us. If the safe has been sold to a new owner, a licensed locksmith may order the key for the new owner once the new owner has been verified. Our bypass key lock is protected with drill resistant hard plate and an internal relocking device so that it does not lessen the security of the safe.

Yes. The gun safe WILL NOT be shipped until check is received and payment clears the bank approximately 7-14 business days. If you are interested in paying with one of these options, please select 'Pay by Phone' at Checkout.

We recommend that you contact a local moving company to have your safe moved in your house/office. They will have the tools, experience and manpower to move your safe.

After your order has been received and processed, you will be sent an e-mailed containing the carriers name and a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number you may call us and we will provide you a tracking number over the phone along with track your order for you.
