5 Year Extended Parts Warranty

Replaceable parts such as keypads, keypad wire, digital lock body, combination locks, key locks, lights, light sensor, light power supply, light wires,  dehumidifiers, handles, handle spokes, handle spindles, internal linkages and locking bolts, fire seals, hinge caps, and other parts that are not meant to be permanently affixed by glue or welds.   Labor to install is not included. Replaceable parts are warranted against manufactured defects.  At Steelwater’s discretion,  defective parts may be required to be returned for inspection to be determined if defective or if damaged was due to abuse prior to warranting a replacement part.  Payment of the replacement part may be required and then refunded once the part has been determined to be defective.
