I purchased their Extreme Duty 39 Long Gun Safe. Wow, I couldn’t be more pleased with the buying experience. I ordered from their website. It was delivered 2 days early and the delivery company did an outstanding job delivering it to the inside of my garage. I had a Safe Moving Company come and move it inside my house. At 932 pounds I would not recommend moving it inside yourself. Overall, it was a fantastic experience dealing with Steelwater. Highly recommend the safe, and the company!!
Amazing service and extremely helpful with handling a mechanical/ electrical issue with locking mechanisms. Very well made safe and super easy to replace the pin pad and internal locks just follow the directions and take your time.
Keith was great to deal with. I found a fantastic deal on a scratch and dent and after speaking with him he took it off the website so no-one else could claim it. When I arrived, it was raining and he had the warehouse guys wrap it up so none of the electronics would get wet. I got it home and it was dry as a bone. It works great. Thank you Keith!

Bought a reduced price gun safe so I could have a safe bigger for what I could afford. Did quite a bit of shopping for a safe that would fit our needs. Really liked the ability to remove the door and make it lighter so we could get it in the basement.

Exceptional customer service!! We had an older Steelwater safe with a malfunctioning lock. Called customer service and were connected to a live person (Seth) immediately. We sent photos and he responded immediately. He shipped the needed parts and we received them in less than a week. Installed the parts and the safe works like new!
