The EG592216 16 Long Gun Safe offers superior protection with a 60-minute fire rating at 1875°F and a maximum capacity of 16 long guns (recommended 8-10). Constructed from 14-gauge steel with a 4 7/8” thick composite door, it features 10 solid steel locking bolts, an advanced 3-way direct drive lock, and a ballistic-resistant hard plate. The safe includes automatic LED lighting, a custom door organizer, and a heat-activated expandable door seal for added fire protection. Its sleek semi-gloss black finish and pre-drilled holes for secure installation make it a solid choice for any gun owner.

Keypad Options & Features
Our standard keypad is great for users who want the simplicity of the digital 3-8 digit combination while also having low light access with our LED back lit number pad. The standard keypad is also a capacitive touch keypad, meaning that there are no moving parts. This prevents premature wear and failure of the keypad. The standard keypad has the ability to store two user codes. There are no bypass codes in the keypad.
If you are looking for even faster and convenient entry into your safe without sacrificing security, you may want to consider our biometric upgrade. If your fingers are dirty or damaged and still need to get into your safe, use our 4 button, 3-8 digit combination keypad to gain access to your content.
Both keypad options feature a high security bypass key in the event that the electronics fail due to an EMP attack.
